Kanchipuram - Ekambareshwarar Temple

Recently googled and found that one of the Panchbhoota stala temples is in Kanchi. Ekambareshwarar, Earth element! This was the only one I had not known about and so not visited! Yesterday I went there in the evening, had darshan at the temple. In the moolastanam I was surprised to see lord shiva with parvathy in physical form and in the front there was, I presume lingam, covered with silver (somewhat conical in shape!) with very little portion visible at the top.
Then visited the mango tree which is famous with a sannnadhi (maavadi sannadhi) where siva-parvathy is the main deity.

Next visit was to Kamakshi temple. Swathi, the one who worked with me in Petrofac, my pet daughter from Kanchi, joined me there. With her contact, we easily made to the main deity through special entrance and had a very close darshan. Kamakshi, the absolute beauty and love. I requested her to fix a good alliance for Swathi as well as a good job for her. I selfishly included my usual prayer bless me with self realization and mukthi in this birth itself.
